Requirements
- Significant track record in pre-sales leadership within enterprise SaaS or conversational AI/CCaaS.
- Direct experience managing and developing Solutions Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer teams.
- Deep knowledge of conversational AI, voice IVR, NLU, and contact center automation.
- Proven ability to lead and close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding SaaS sales cycles, procurement, and deal structuring.
- Experience designing complex solution architectures involving REST APIs and CCaaS integrations.
- Ability to build enablement programmes that improve team velocity and consistency.
- Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
- Professional fluency in written and verbal English.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers.
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales function for the assigned region.
- Engage personally in strategically significant opportunities, leading workshops and executive presentations.
- Review and approve demos, solution architectures, scopes of work, and RFP responses.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable pre-sales assets and enablement programmes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership to drive strategy and roadmap input.
- Manage technical handovers from sales to delivery to ensure project success.
