Requirements

  • Significant track record in pre-sales leadership within enterprise SaaS or conversational AI/CCaaS.
  • Direct experience managing and developing Solutions Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer teams.
  • Deep knowledge of conversational AI, voice IVR, NLU, and contact center automation.
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding SaaS sales cycles, procurement, and deal structuring.
  • Experience designing complex solution architectures involving REST APIs and CCaaS integrations.
  • Ability to build enablement programmes that improve team velocity and consistency.
  • Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
  • Professional fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers.
  • Own the end-to-end pre-sales function for the assigned region.
  • Engage personally in strategically significant opportunities, leading workshops and executive presentations.
  • Review and approve demos, solution architectures, scopes of work, and RFP responses.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable pre-sales assets and enablement programmes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership to drive strategy and roadmap input.
  • Manage technical handovers from sales to delivery to ensure project success.
