Job Details

Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
Exceptional accounting foundation: experience in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a tech or high-growth company.
Understanding of accounting ops end-to-end: close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity, reporting, and controls.
Depth in 1-2 complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation).
Experience with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and workflow mapping.
Comfortable in technical conversations: integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, and architecture trade-offs.
Ability to run demos and communicate clearly with both CFOs and engineers.
Experience developing scalable SC processes and playbooks.
Nice to have: CPA certification.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or QuickBooks Enterprise.
Nice to have: Familiarity with data transformation, ETL, modeling, SQL, and API integration design.

Build and drive the SC function from the ground up to world-class competition level.
Serve as DualEntry’s lead solutions consultant in sales conversations, translating complex finance and accounting workflows into clear product solutions.
Run product demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, data, and success criteria.
Own technical discovery and remove technical objections across integrations, data migration, security, reporting and future functionality.
Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals.
Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights.
Create and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral to scale the Solutions function and train future hires.
