Requirements

  • 10+ years of Solution Architecture or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated leadership experience heading a Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture practice.
  • Proven experience managing both pre-sales resources and billable delivery-focused technical teams in a multi-product SaaS environment.
  • Deep architectural understanding of API-first SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in REST, SOAP, integration middleware, webhooks, microservices, and identity management (OAuth, SAML).
  • Strong familiarity with Conversational AI, LLMs, and Messaging protocols.
  • Ability to command a room of developers while delivering visionary presentations to C-level executives.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven capability to champion the narrative of conversational AI transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead strategic deal discovery, ideation, and education programmes across EMEA.
  • Guide and mentor a team of Solution Consultants in delivering high-quality, value-driven consultations.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to develop winning strategies for net-new opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
  • Oversee the Solution Architecture team, ensuring high utilisation, efficient capacity modelling, and successful post-sales deployment.
  • Lead technical discovery and framing of the portfolio to ensure innovative solutions integrate into complex customer infrastructures.
  • Drive the development of processes, solution blueprints, API integration standards, and scoping tools.
  • Track progress on high-value pre-sales opportunities and complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point during onboarding and implementation.
  • Ensure continuous training of the team regarding APIs, Webhooks, FaaS, and AI-driven middleware.
