Requirements
- 10+ years of Solution Architecture or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
- 5+ years of dedicated leadership experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience managing both pre-sales resources and billable, delivery-focused technical teams.
- Deep architectural understanding of API-first SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with REST, SOAP, integration middleware, webhooks, microservices, and identity management (OAuth, SAML).
- Familiarity with Conversational AI, LLMs, and Messaging protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical developers and C-level executives (CIO, CMO).
- Strong narrative-building skills to translate complex architectures into business value.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead strategic deal discovery, ideation, and education programmes across EMEA.
- Guide and mentor a team of Solution Consultants in delivering high-quality, value-driven consultations.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to develop winning strategies for net-new opportunities.
- Oversee the Solution Architecture team, ensuring high utilisation and efficient capacity modelling.
- Drive the development of processes, solution blueprints, and API integration standards.
- Balance workload and regional assignments based on revenue targets and delivery benefits.
- Manage technical scope and API requirements through a structured change management process.
- Act as a critical conduit between Pre-Sales, Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Post-Sales Delivery teams.
