Requirements

Active Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
Strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming care.
Availability during peak hours (Monday-Friday 2-7 PM, Saturday 8 AM-7 PM).
Bilingual in English and Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
Help families understand diagnoses and build effective home supports.
Support children in building relationships, adapting to change, and developing self-advocacy skills.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, speech therapists, and behavioral health professionals.
Participate in weekly team meetings and internal training opportunities.
Advocate for patients and strengthen their emotional well-being.
