Requirements

  • Fluent or business level English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service skills with a confident phone manner.
  • Excellent written communication skills, remaining professional and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask effectively across various systems and conversations.
  • Confidence in using CRMs and digital tools.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with frustrated guests.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Headset with microphone and webcam.
  • Stable high-speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps) with a backup solution.
  • Laptop or desktop computer with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound messages and calls to resolve guest issues quickly and calmly.
  • Handle complaints with confidence and empathy.
  • Manage reservations and bookings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide clear information regarding property details, house rules, and processes.
  • Collect and verify guest ID documents and submit required details to regulatory systems.
  • Ensure pre-arrival information is complete prior to check-in.
  • Perform concierge outreach to enhance the guest experience.
  • Log all interactions accurately within the CRM.
