Requirements
- Fluent or business level English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service skills with a confident phone manner.
- Excellent written communication skills, remaining professional and calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively across various systems and conversations.
- Confidence in using CRMs and digital tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with frustrated guests.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Headset with microphone and webcam.
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps) with a backup solution.
- Laptop or desktop computer with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound messages and calls to resolve guest issues quickly and calmly.
- Handle complaints with confidence and empathy.
- Manage reservations and bookings to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clear information regarding property details, house rules, and processes.
- Collect and verify guest ID documents and submit required details to regulatory systems.
- Ensure pre-arrival information is complete prior to check-in.
- Perform concierge outreach to enhance the guest experience.
- Log all interactions accurately within the CRM.
