Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of proven leadership experience within the biopharmaceutical industry in oncology.
- Mandatory experience managing oncology drug launches in Poland.
- Previous country manager experience in Poland.
- In-depth knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical market, including access, pricing, and the regulatory environment.
- Proven track record shaping and executing country strategy.
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of product approval and early access mechanisms in Poland.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and the local language (Polish).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the company’s expansion in Poland.
- Develop and manage the P&L in Poland including the budget for operations.
- Build and lead the country team in Poland, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches in Poland, including market access, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate the competitive environment and identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Set key launch and financial performance metrics including revenue and profitability.
- Drive and implement country-specific development plans, including site selection and clinical enrollment.
- Co-lead the selection and contract negotiation with local distributors.
- Establish commercial processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.
