Requirements

  • MA/MS/BA/BS degree.
  • 20 years of biopharma industry experience.
  • Prior experience leading a regional-level sales team of managers and sales representatives.
  • Prior marketing leadership experience.
  • Oncology product launch experience.
  • Oral Oncolytic product launch experience.
  • Prior experience building up an oncology sales team from the bottom up.
  • Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
  • Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite including Power Point, Excel, Word.
  • ~50% travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all regional activities within the US oncology sales function to drive appropriate product utilization.
  • Develop and communicate short and long-term vision, strategies, and initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Manage and inspire a large account team to exceed quarterly performance targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with national-level healthcare accounts, health systems, and GPOs through strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial training teams to drive optimal outcomes and skill development.
  • Oversee resource management and ensure sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to address business issues and develop recommended solutions.
