  • 2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Demonstrated success working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
  • Strong focus on cold calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with time management.
  • Resourceful with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Coachable and willing to learn new processes.
  • Highly positive outlook and sound judgment when handling new situations.

Responsibilities

  • Break into new vertical accounts with over $100M in software spend using creative prospecting.
  • Utilize outbound sales methods including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Generate interest and meetings from procurement leaders for software and AI renewal services.
  • Develop skills across modern sales technology tools including Apollo, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine messaging and sales strategies.
