  • 2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as an SDR/BDR.
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
  • Strong focus on and success with cold-calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain grit.
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn.
  • Positive outlook and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Break into new vertical accounts by utilizing creative prospecting to meet stakeholders at large businesses.
  • Utilize outbound sales methods including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Generate interest and meetings from Procurement leaders.
  • Develop skills across modern sales technology tools including Apollo, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales.
  • Help refine sales messaging to improve success rates.
