Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Email Marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform (Klaviyo preferred; experience with OmniSend, Postscript, or Attentive highly valued).
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- Ability to perform copywriting and design assets without external support.
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
- Quiet home office environment.
- Stable internet connection (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up).
- Backup internet connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage proactive monthly/quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, including copywriting and asset design.
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated flows such as welcome sequences, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
- Perform deep-dive audience segmentation to improve deliverability, open rates, and list health.
- Monitor KPIs like revenue attribution and CTR, and conduct A/B testing for performance optimization.
- Manage technical email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations.
- Maintain SOPs for recurring processes to ensure operational efficiency.
