Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Technical ability to manage conversion tracking setup independently.
  • Ability to build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results.
  • Strong ad copywriting and testing skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
  • Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies and own campaign setup, including audience targeting and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Run structured A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Track performance using GA4 and GTM, ensuring pixel and conversion tracking accuracy.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to improve conversion rates.
