Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in RCM, revenue integrity, contract management, and pricing.
- Deep knowledge of payment integrity and health plan operations.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in AR days, denial rates, and net revenue realization.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals.
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or equivalent).
- Relevant certifications such as CHFP, CRCR, or CPC preferred.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or multi-site service organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end revenue cycle processes from service delivery through final payment.
- Lead revenue forecasting, budget builds, and monitor performance KPIs including AR days and denial rates.
- Govern revenue integrity programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and prevent revenue leakage.
- Manage contract lifecycles, statement of work (SOW) obligations, and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead pricing strategy development, market analysis, and deal sign-off in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client billing and performance matters to ensure value realization.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals.
