Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in service line management, product management, brand management, or general management.
- Proven experience with direct P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience operating and scaling a line of business.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience designing or recommending team structures.
- Track record of combining hands-on execution with strategic planning.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in multi-unit, distributed retail and/or healthcare environments preferred.
- Consulting background with implementation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the service line strategy, roadmap, and growth plan, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including revenue performance, margin management, and cost discipline.
- Identify and develop initiatives to drive incremental revenue, margin improvement, and scalability.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to optimize the full patient journey.
- Assess current support structures and recommend team design to scale the business.
- Set clear standards for patient experience and operational excellence across a national center footprint.
- Partner with senior leadership to build business cases for growth initiatives and operational investments.
