Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, STEM, or Edtech.
  • Proven success in achieving new business sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms such as Hubspot.
  • Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Availability for frequent business travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation and rigorously progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct proactive daily outreach and schedule high-quality meetings and product demos.
  • Present the product, online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Leverage industry trends and market insights to develop actionable account strategies.
  • Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.
