Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, STEM, or Edtech.
- Proven success in achieving new business sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
- Experience with Salesforce and platforms such as Hubspot.
- Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
- Availability for frequent business travel.
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Drive pipeline generation and rigorously progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Conduct proactive daily outreach and schedule high-quality meetings and product demos.
- Present the product, online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
- Leverage industry trends and market insights to develop actionable account strategies.
- Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets.
- Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.
