Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or agency environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong PowerPoint design expertise.
- Figma or Adobe XD skills.
- Working knowledge of print and digital production processes.
- Experience or skills in AI-related design tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong time-management skills to work effectively across multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for Medical Communication initiatives.
- Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through production.
