Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong PowerPoint design expertise.
- Figma/XD skills.
- Working knowledge of print and digital production processes.
- AI related skills and experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Professional confidence and clear communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Medical Communication initiatives.
- Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives.
- Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact.
- Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
