- Proven track record of scaling products through a layer of people managers (Directors/Principals).
- Experience scaling products from early strategy to global scale.
- Experience modernizing mature products in shifting technical ecosystems.
- Strong strategic judgment to turn complex technical capabilities into differentiated customer value.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and AI-native development.
- Experience architecting modern organizational structures for global remote-first teams.
- Proven ability to connect product strategy with revenue leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect the portfolio strategy for Upsun Cloud, Blackfire, and Dispatch.
- Partner with the CPTO as a strategic peer to balance technical direction with commercial focus.
- Translate deep market insights and technical tailwinds into product priorities and roadmaps.
- Drive unified organizational alignment by connecting product strategy to Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Hire and lead a direct leadership team of product managers, designers, and advocates.
- Cultivate a world-class product culture focused on high performance and accountability.
