Requirements
- Substantial executive leadership experience managing complex, multi-product portfolios.
- Proven history of scaling through a layer of people managers (Directors/Principals).
- Track record of taking net-new products from early strategy to global scale.
- Experience modernizing mature products in shifting technical ecosystems.
- Ability to make high-stakes product trade-offs using data and strategic intuition.
- Experience connecting Product functions with revenue leadership (Sales, Marketing, CS).
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and infrastructure platforms.
- Practical, curious approach to AI-native development and its impact on product delivery.
- Strong background in organizational design and building high-performance remote-first cultures.
Responsibilities
- Architect portfolio strategy across Upsun Cloud, Blackfire, and Dispatch to capture market demands.
- Partner with the CPTO to balance technical direction with high-leverage commercial focus.
- Turn market insights and technical tailwinds into product priorities, roadmaps, and business metrics.
- Connect product strategy with Sales, CS, and Marketing to build a hyper-responsive feedback loop.
- Scale product culture and hire/mentor a direct leadership team of Directors and Principals.
