Requirements
- 15+ years of recruiting experience with a sustained focus on Director through C-suite searches.
- 8+ years leading end-to-end retained searches at a dedicated executive search firm.
- Demonstrated success in placing executive leaders at growth-stage or pre-IPO companies.
- Proven track record executing zero-to-one searches for newly formed functions or undefined roles.
- Expertise in executive total rewards including base, short- and long-term incentives, and equity.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leadership and manage calibration sessions.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for strategy and sourcing.
- Experience managing ATS workflows in Greenhouse.
- Proficiency in outreach sequencing and campaign management via Gem.
- AI fluency for market mapping, competitive intelligence, and daily workflow acceleration.
- Ability to operate independently to build market maps and candidate theses.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Director through C-suite searches for Product, Marketing, Operations, and new business lines.
- Conduct intake sessions to define role scope, leveling, scorecards, and compensation parameters.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team regarding org design and hiring strategy.
- Manage executive compensation negotiations, including base salary, incentives, and equity grants.
- Build market maps, competitive landscapes, and candidate theses independently.
- Manage and hold external search firm partners accountable.
- Shape and elevate the candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
