Requirements

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar Procurement Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, or Customer Support role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products, services, and industry terminology
  • Comfortable working with international customers, suppliers, and remote teams
  • Experience using quoting tools, CRM systems, and business software such as Salesforce and QuickBooks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries and requests from existing customers
  • Prepare accurate quotations for technology products, software, licensing, and related solutions
  • Source products and coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead-time information
  • Liaise with engineers and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and accurately documented
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, solution recommendations, and supporting documentation
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and orders, providing timely updates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, supplier communications, and customer interactions within company systems
  • Coordinate the flow of information between customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and technical teams
  • Help ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the quotation, procurement, order fulfilment, and post-sales support process
