Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, construction management, or client operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership background with responsibility for driving team operations and performance.
  • Experience managing customer interactions and building long-term client relationships.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to assess customer needs.
  • Proven ability to build effective internal partnerships across cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 industry and regional experts focused on expanding commercial construction project coverage.
  • Oversee team performance, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to increase project data acquisition by identifying target markets and opportunities.
  • Analyze data and conduct research to gauge construction activity levels and identify coverage gaps.
  • Maintain and prioritize target account and relationship lists.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of regional project data sources.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support customer retention efforts.
  • Represent Dodge at trade shows and industry events.
