7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, construction management, or client operations.
Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
Demonstrated leadership background with responsibility for driving team operations and performance.
Experience managing customer interactions and building long-term client relationships.
Customer-centric mindset with ability to assess customer needs.
Proven ability to build effective internal partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Skilled in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
Effective written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred).

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 industry and regional experts focused on expanding commercial construction project coverage.
Oversee team performance, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling.
Develop and execute regional strategies to increase project data acquisition by identifying target markets and opportunities.
Analyze data and conduct research to gauge construction activity levels and identify coverage gaps.
Maintain and prioritize target account and relationship lists.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of regional project data sources.
Partner with commercial teams to support customer retention efforts.
Represent Dodge at trade shows and industry events.
