Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, construction management, or client operations.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
- Demonstrated leadership background with responsibility for driving team operations and performance.
- Experience managing customer interactions and building long-term client relationships.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to assess customer needs.
- Proven ability to build effective internal partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 industry and regional experts focused on expanding commercial construction project coverage.
- Oversee team performance, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to increase project data acquisition by identifying target markets and opportunities.
- Analyze data and conduct research to gauge construction activity levels and identify coverage gaps.
- Maintain and prioritize target account and relationship lists.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of regional project data sources.
- Partner with commercial teams to support customer retention efforts.
- Represent Dodge at trade shows and industry events.
