Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage).
- Proven experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, and cross-discipline coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience using GitHub for documentation updates and workflow refinement.
- Ability to travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or inspections (approximately 25% of the time).
- RCDD certification (preferred).
- CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP certification (considered a plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout.
- Clarify requirements, coordinate design, and ensure deliverables meet firm standards for quality and constructability.
- Apply engineering judgment to maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment, surfacing risks early.
- Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and feedback.
- Cultivate client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Contribute to internal systems, workflows, and standards via GitHub documentation and pull requests.
- Support business pursuits by contributing to technical narratives, interviews, and proposal content.
