Requirements

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on fluency with a modern GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools).
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation tooling; ability to wire systems together.
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills with sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Experience building and scaling AI-driven systems and agents.
  • Startup experience with comfort in ambiguous, build-from-zero environments.
  • High bar for quality and iterative product mindset.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack or data tooling is a plus.
  • Experience building a RevOps or GTM engineering function from zero to one is a plus.
  • Light scripting experience (Python, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and metrics for leadership decision-making.
  • Design and execute lead routing, scoring, and attribution models to optimize funnel performance.
  • Establish clean data hygiene, definitions, and processes across the entire funnel.
  • Own territory planning, account assignment, and quota/capacity planning.
  • Build integrations and automations connecting the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, and AI agents.
  • Develop and operationalize outbound and personalization workflows at scale.
  • Prototype and ship internal tools to provide sales and marketing teams with increased leverage.
