Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations.
- Experience in a senior leadership role.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales organizations, ideally in healthcare or health technology.
- Understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong expertise in sales process design, optimization, and qualification methodologies.
- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce).
- Experience with sales engagement and modern analytics platforms.
- Expertise in designing and administering sales compensation plans and territory models.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer QBRs, summits, and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop the bookings plan, establish pipeline coverage targets, and drive a consistent forecasting cadence.
- Own the design and execution of annual sales capacity planning, territory assignments, and quota setting.
- Serve as the trusted source of truth for revenue performance, providing visibility into forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
- Manage the go-to-market operating system, including funnel performance, pipeline conversion, and lead routing.
- Lead the revenue technology stack, including HubSpot and CRM strategy, while ensuring data governance.
- Drive the business operating cadence, including weekly reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build scalable sales processes, including methodology, deal desk, and contracting workflows.
- Design and administer sales compensation programs, including quotas, accelerators, and incentive plans.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to operationalize partner-sourced revenue and performance measurement.
