Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in IT/Business or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with remote and on-site hardware and software installation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, and JIRA.
- Experience managing a varied portfolio of implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with IT/Networking concepts, including Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, APIs, and TCP/IP (preferred).
- Experience with IP-based networks, firewalls, and 4G/5G technologies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Hold Technical Kick Off Calls with customers to ensure deployment readiness.
- Coordinate project documentation, including SOWs and deployment plans, across internal and external stakeholders.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and test Axon hardware and software solutions.
- Provide technical training, consultation, and demonstrations to customers.
- Ensure all implementations comply with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding data privacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate project status, timelines, and customer requirements.
