Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AI development tools and agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI agents and LLM workflows with measurable outcomes.
- Working fluency with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or UiPath.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating across SaaS systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Pragmatic engineering instincts with a bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with experience working across executive and technical stakeholders.
- Based in the US and capable of working in a remote or hybrid setup with periodic travel to HQ.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and automations to accelerate internal work.
- Build production-grade integrations between AI systems and the internal tech stack including CRM, finance, and engineering tools.
- Develop reusable components, prompt libraries, and evaluation frameworks to scale AI adoption.
- Contribute AI capabilities to customer-facing product features in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Embed with business teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and operationalize workflows.
- Establish standards for AI development including code quality, observability, prompt management, and cost control.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure responsible AI practices and data privacy.
