Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record of building and deploying products using LLMs (e.g., GPT).
- Strong prompt engineering expertise with ability to design, test, and optimize prompts.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies like Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support the payment orchestration platform.
- Develop and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality outputs for use cases like customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
- Design, test, and iterate prompts to achieve optimal model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment workflows.
- Analyze and refine outputs based on feedback loops and user interaction data.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Leverage payment data to fine-tune AI models while ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
