Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a Graduate degree.
- 1 year of experience in Generative AI technologies or 1-2 relevant certifications.
- Shipped and operated LLM-enabled features in production, including evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.
- Experience building data-intensive systems end-to-end, including ingestion, transformation, and retrieval pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern data/analytics platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
- Proven ability to translate business ambiguity into scalable technical architecture and milestones.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer and internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI services and Agentic workflows that support multiple product features or teams.
- Integrate LLMs into applications using modern frameworks, implementing telemetry, observability, fallbacks, and cost/latency controls.
- Design and run experiments for prompts, models, and configurations, building evaluation flows to measure relevance, safety, and business impact.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and domain experts to clarify requirements and deliver roadmap commitments.
- Monitor AI systems in production, participate in incident response, and drive systemic improvements to quality and performance.
- Partner with security, legal, and compliance to ensure data privacy and responsible AI practices.
