Requirements
- 5+ years of experience deploying AI models with demonstrated business impact.
- Proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI tools: OpenAI, Bedrock, Huggingface TGI, Ollama, langchain, and llamaindex.
- Expertise in machine learning tools such as AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Ability to monitor model performance and link AI solutions to business impact.
- Strong cross-team collaboration capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in the intersection of healthcare and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and deployment of AI solutions specifically harnessing the power of LLMs.
- Design, deploy, and manage end-to-end AI solutions with an emphasis on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Inject AI functionalities into applications using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Monitor model performance post-deployment and perform iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and development teams to meet business needs within an Agile framework.
