Requirements

- Eight years of progressive experience leading brand marketing initiatives, campaigns, or communications strategies.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, business development, and program leadership.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and providing strategic communications guidance in a complex, competitive environment.
- Experience leveraging marketing performance data and analytics to inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible communications.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consistency across channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including digital channels and analytics technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support product and organizational goals.
- Translate business objectives and technical offerings into clear marketing strategies and messaging frameworks.
- Partner with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and guide marketing messaging, value propositions, and positioning to translate complex technical concepts into clear communications.
- Develop and review marketing content such as collateral, digital assets, blog posts, and presentations to ensure brand alignment.
- Serve as a subject-matter resource by providing strategic communications guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Define, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
