Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting or HR experience.
- At least 4 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably within Marketing and Sales environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including senior-level and specialized roles.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using social media platforms for talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management ability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Marketing & Sales roles across assigned regions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, candidate profiles, and effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates in competitive markets.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational recruiting standards, policies, and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to support competitive and equitable offer recommendations.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance sourcing and employer branding efforts.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increase hiring efficiency.
