Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships.
  • Deep experience within the nonprofit SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and close partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of partner activation and lead generation motions.
  • Expertise in managing complex partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong data-driven approach to reporting and iterating on strategy.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue number by driving partner-sourced revenue targets annually.
  • Optimize and scale the partner program by auditing current performance and identifying gaps.
  • Attract and sign new high-value partners including consultants, integrators, and technology allies.
  • Drive partner activation through playbooks and motions to ensure partners generate leads.
  • Manage the partner relationship end-to-end as the primary point of contact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to embed partners into GTM programs.
  • Report on partner pipeline, activation rates, and revenue contribution to leadership.
