Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships.
- Deep experience within the nonprofit SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and close partnerships.
- Strong understanding of partner activation and lead generation motions.
- Expertise in managing complex partner relationships end-to-end.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong data-driven approach to reporting and iterating on strategy.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue number by driving partner-sourced revenue targets annually.
- Optimize and scale the partner program by auditing current performance and identifying gaps.
- Attract and sign new high-value partners including consultants, integrators, and technology allies.
- Drive partner activation through playbooks and motions to ensure partners generate leads.
- Manage the partner relationship end-to-end as the primary point of contact.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to embed partners into GTM programs.
- Report on partner pipeline, activation rates, and revenue contribution to leadership.
