- Develop and lead scientific and technical partnership strategy for the federal civilian R&D ecosystem (DOE, NSF, NASA, NIST, etc.).
- Identify, shape, and support responses to strategic R&D funding opportunities and competitive award contracts.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior federal program leaders and offices.
- Build partnership programs with national laboratories and universities to drive quantum application adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and public sector teams to convert R&D opportunities into actionable plans.
- Define public science ecosystem strategy, including scientific messaging and engagement with consortia.
