Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client success roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing deals.
  • Experience building or scaling operational systems, processes, or CRM-driven workflows in a growing organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to structure complex pipelines and drive disciplined execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Background in healthcare, nonprofit, workforce development, or public-sector partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full partnerships pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked, actively progressed, and closed efficiently within CRM systems.
  • Lead deal execution by conducting discovery conversations, shaping partnership proposals, and closing small-to-mid-sized deals.
  • Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through renewal, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive partner success by ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and consistent delivery of program outcomes.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build, refine, and enforce scalable systems and processes for outreach, onboarding, and account management.
  • Hire, manage, and develop Partnership Managers, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching.
  • Ensure CRM (HubSpot) discipline, data integrity, and pipeline visibility.
  • Partner with marketing and program delivery teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting structures to measure pipeline health, conversion, and retention.
