- Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating strategy into execution
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts, focusing on both retention and expansion of high-value client relationships
- Lead proactive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new enterprise prospects
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for large, multi-divisional clients, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies and guide internal execution teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure accountability for results, quality, and long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal specialists to shape solutions, provide direction, and optimize delivery performance
- Continuously challenge assumptions, uncover unmet client needs, and drive innovation in account strategy
