Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Filters.
- Experience viewing, developing and publishing Power BI reporting.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, data architecture, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts, customers, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scalable workflows to improve process automation.
- Assist Managers and Directors with day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine processes.
- Monitor daily operational activities and identify anomalies requiring investigation or resolution.
- Maintain and process repetitive and routine tolling-related work with a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Perform thorough analysis of large volumes of data and document findings in a clear, actionable format for management and customers.
- Track, maintain, and update company and team performance metrics and statistics.
- Analyze operational trends and provide insights to support business decisions and process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on tolling systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely resolution by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
