Requirements
- 7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industry.
- Deep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape: SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent categories.
- Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit.
- Experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization from CEO to product manager.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional efforts involving product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- High agency, ability to make practical trade-offs and move fast.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team.
- Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch by scoping deliverables with partner engineering teams.
- Define the joint value proposition and solution narrative for partnerships.
- Establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteria.
- Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans.
- Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization once integrations are live while retaining executive and product-level relationships.
