Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar field.
- 8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or solutions architecture within the Telecom, Tier 1 Carrier, or Enterprise Managed Service Provider industries.
- 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience with high-end Internet connectivity and networking solutions.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders internally.
- Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise CIOs/CTOs externally.
- Preferred: 10 years of experience building and growing customer bases.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B sales or operations.
- Preferred: Experience in project management, experiment design, and quantitative analysis at an ISP.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Establish scalable and flexible pricing structures, service level agreements, and value-based solutions for the Commercial segment.
- Lead cross-functional GTM strategies designed for long, complex enterprise sales cycles with high-touch sales enablement.
- Develop specialized fulfillment orchestration, service management, and service assurance processes for the enterprise segment.
- Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share for the commercial portfolio; develop robust business cases for network and product investments.
