Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
- Experience in the ecommerce, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
- Experience in consumer, SMB, and mid-market business models.
- Knowledge of advertising, social media, ecommerce, analytics, and Martech stacks.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex partnership agreements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge conventions.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and investments is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership in developing and implementing a competitive, market-aligned Partner Program.
- Identify and assess strategic partnerships that increase platform adoption and generate revenue.
- Negotiate comprehensive agreements and renewals across multiple categories.
- Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with key Fortune 100 partners.
- Monitor and optimize program performance using data-driven analytics.
- Design processes to scale operations, including standardizing deals and reporting metrics.
