Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
  • Experience in the ecommerce, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
  • Experience in consumer, SMB, and mid-market business models.
  • Knowledge of advertising, social media, ecommerce, analytics, and Martech stacks.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex partnership agreements.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge conventions.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and investments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership in developing and implementing a competitive, market-aligned Partner Program.
  • Identify and assess strategic partnerships that increase platform adoption and generate revenue.
  • Negotiate comprehensive agreements and renewals across multiple categories.
  • Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with key Fortune 100 partners.
  • Monitor and optimize program performance using data-driven analytics.
  • Design processes to scale operations, including standardizing deals and reporting metrics.
