Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or senior account management in medical imaging, theranostics, medical AI, nuclear medicine, or oncology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and institutional decision-makers.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder external projects from inception through delivery.
- Elite communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience guiding go-to-market strategy at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
- A builder’s mindset, comfortable creating processes and systems from scratch.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field.
- Collaborative approach with zero ego.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the company's portfolio of strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical companies, and imaging networks.
- Serve as the primary face of the company in partner relationships, embodying clinical credibility and mission.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, data access arrangements, and collaboration frameworks.
- Lead externally-facing projects and customer engagements, coordinating internal teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive product adoption, co-development, and clinical data access.
- Support commercial pipeline development and collaborate with the Sales Director on account strategy.
- Build partnership operations infrastructure, including CRM tracking and engagement playbooks.
