Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within the edtech or K-12 services sector.
  • Direct experience in building or operating within a channel or reseller program.
  • Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and develop structure from scratch.
  • Strong ability to build commercial trust with external partners.
  • Capability to manage a program that drives results while maintaining alignment with internal direct sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the supplemental and services landscape through structured commercial, operational, and reputational diligence.
  • Build business cases for potential partnerships based on organizational reach, reputation, and offerings.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop partner enablement materials for supplemental offerings.
  • Host regular partner reviews to monitor success metrics related to student reach, revenue, and core curriculum upsell.
  • Maintain the channel pipeline and report on partner performance and market coverage to the VP, Partnerships.
