Requirements
- BS/BA degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development.
- Proven leadership experience within a SaaS company, managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both large and emerging channel partners.
- High analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and create simplifying frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Solution Selling.
- Strong output orientation, with the ability to independently create high-quality, customer-facing content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
- Experience in the marketing technology space is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with strategic technology partners (ISVs) across the region.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to build a deep understanding of the joint value proposition for each strategic technology partner.
- Enable Insider One’s regional sales and customer success teams on partner offerings and joint value propositions.
- Work closely with partners to ensure their sales and customer success teams gain a strong understanding of Insider One’s platform.
- Build and manage regional business plans to drive revenue through and with strategic technology partners.
- Partner with regional sales teams to support new acquisitions and expansions, leveraging strategic technology partners.
- Generate leads and manage pipeline created through and with technology partners.
- Leverage technology partners to elevate Insider One’s brand visibility and market presence in the region.
