Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills including rapport building and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to wear a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day.
- Must have an individual hardline high-speed internet connection.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to service providers via phone to discuss value proposition and products.
- Perform up to 200 dials daily to build momentum and achieve sales goals.
- Overcome objections and negotiate solutions to build trust with service providers.
- Coach service providers on effectively converting homeowners into lifelong consumers.
- Research service providers using internal systems and public information.
- Guide service providers through background check authorization and approval processes.
- Meet and exceed biweekly contract value sales targets.
