Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proven experience using CRM systems.
- Strong, polished communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.
- Passion for the [solidcore] brand, community, and client experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through direct engagement with leads and new clients.
- Make 75–100 daily contacts via text, email, and phone.
- Build trust-based relationships with Field Leadership and studio operators to drive revenue performance.
- Partner with Customer Experience teams to ensure sales alignment with brand and operational standards.
- Identify, nurture, and close B2B relationships and partnerships.
- Manage pipeline and outreach activity using CRM systems.
- Participate in local market events, open houses, and studio opening support.
