- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience selling SaaS or technical solutions (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks and advanced CRM workflows (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-ticket deals.
- Perform high-level product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect pain points.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with all active opportunities.
- Navigate complex negotiations and handle high-level objections with confidence.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a seamless handoff process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.
