Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, specifically within a closing role.
- Strong closing skills with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track progress.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience selling in the SaaS or Technology sectors.
- Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools and automation platforms.
- Experience selling into enterprise-level accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quarterly goal attainment.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
- Drive the negotiation process and navigate complex decision-making units to secure signatures.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and refine the sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.
