Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related senior architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale technical solutions and architectural strategies.
- Strong background working within insurance, brokerage, employee benefits, or risk management environments.
- Experience managing or influencing large, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business and operating models into clear architectural roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of application landscapes, integration patterns, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with large-scale modernization or application rationalization programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture framework experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, principles, and standards across key business capability domains.
- Translate business strategy into scalable, actionable technology architectures that support operational and digital transformation.
- Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and design target-state architectures aligned with long-term business goals.
- Lead architectural oversight for large, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and advisory support for solution design, application development, and system integration.
- Review and validate project proposals, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security, and best practices.
- Support application rationalization and modernization efforts across complex insurance and benefits platforms.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements across servicing, financial, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to the development of architecture governance processes, frameworks, and review standards.
- Mentor technical teams and promote consistent adoption of architecture principles and emerging technologies.
