  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability.
  • Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects.
  • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
  • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics.
  • Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience.
  • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
