- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline.
- Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role.
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
- A growth mindset and strong coachability.
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects.
- Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics.
- Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience.
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
