Director, FSQA – Supplier
  • Lead onboarding of potential new suppliers and monitor existing suppliers for compliance with Chomps standards.
  • Build supplier relationships that support partnerships and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve product safety and quality issues through root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with product claims, including grass fed and finished, non-GMO, organic, paleo, and gluten free.
  • Develop supplier scorecards to track and report supplier performance.
  • Analyze downstream product quality feedback and prioritize improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with the digital transformation team to build dashboards for data feedback trends.
  • Support development of policies, procedures, RACI’s, and systems for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the centralized supplier documentation repository and resolve gaps with non-conforming suppliers.
  • Lead sensory program execution and develop FSQA team members.
